Are your fragrances safe for use? 

Yes. All of our fragrances are safety assessed. Our fragrances are safe, legal, and compliant with IFRA and FDA standards.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept opened or used items as we cannot resell used cosmetic products. We sell smaller sizes of our products for your convenience so you can try before you commit to a full size bottle purchase.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

We always do our best to ensure that our products are of the finest quality and that they are shipped to you in the safest possible manner to protect your purchase from the potential mishaps during transit. If your item has been damaged during transit, you must email us immediately at Support@StatikOlfactive.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please state your order number and include clear photos of the product, as well as a brief description of the issue so that we may do our best to make the proper arrangements to rectify the problem.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do ship internationally, with the exception of any Sanctioned or Embargoed countries.

When will my order ship?

We ask that you allow up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped. All of our products are hand labeled, bottled and packaged in house. We do not use a fulfillment center and each order is prepared and packed as it is placed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

It has been 4 days and I still have not received my tracking. 

If it has been 4 business days and you still have yet to receive your tracking information please fill out the form below making sure to include the date of purchase and we will reach out to you as soon as possible. 

Why doesn't my tracking number show any updates?

As the USPS gravitates towards a more automated system, it is normal for on time packages to go a few days without being scanned by the post office once it has left our facility. All of our packages are dropped off the following business day of you receiving your tracking information.
