All orders are shipped through USPS, where available. Shipping through UPS is also available as needed. Tracking emails are automatically generated at the time of fulfillment. We do ship internationally, with the exception of any Sanctioned or Embargoed countries. We ask that you allow up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped. All of our products are hand labeled, bottled and packaged in house. We do not use a fulfillment center and each order is prepared and packed as it is placed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. We always do our best to ensure that our products are of the finest quality and that they are shipped to you in the safest possible manner to protect your purchase from the potential mishaps during transit. If your item has been damaged during transit, you must email us immediately at Support@StatikOlfactive.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please state your order number and include clear photos of the product, as well as a brief description of the issue so that we may do our best to make the proper arrangements to rectify the problem.
