Because our perfumes are carefully bottled and packaged by hand, we do not accept opened or used items as we cannot resell used cosmetic products. We sell smaller sizes of our products for your convenience so you can try before you commit, so that you can be sure you love it before making a full size purchase. However, if any of the items sent are incorrect, or should the items be defective, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by Statik Olfactive Fragrances.
