"Cherry Noire" is masterfully perfumed and blended by Artisanal Perfumer Hez Binkowitz. Hez excels at creating olfactive journeys; fragrances that tell a story, bringing a narrative or vision to life via scent; specifically fragrances in the "gourmand" category of perfumery... fragrances that smell so delicious, you'd almost want to eat or drink them! Being a New Orleans Native, he is no stranger to the sights and smells of delicious edible treats, and as such, specializes in the creation of these highly unique gourmand experiences!! We are extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Hez as the nose for this beautiful scent MADE for a night out!
The Night Is Calling...
Few fruits truly conjure up images of passion, eroticism, and seduction like Cherry. The inspiration for this scent is rather quite simple and brief. We wanted something that spoke to a sexy night out. Something to turn heads. Something that draws you closer. Something that is enticing far as it is close. It had to be narcotic, intoxicating, AND sultry.

"I want it to be the juiciest, most plump and ripe Black Cherry. I want it supported by a deep and rich intoxicating Cognac to really elevate the Cherry and class it up with a touch of GROWN sophistication. And I want dark woods and super sexy clean Ouds as a base to really take this over the top with depth, sex appeal, raw instinct and desire."

The Black Cherry in "Cherry Noire" is EXACTLY how Black Cherry is intended to be. Juicy and plump. Sexy and provocative. Alluring and enticing. Not synthetic. Not overly sugary or syrupy sweet. Not youthful. Not cloying. And most importantly, not 'medicinal'.
The Cognac really adds an unmatched level of sophistication, making it a Black Cherry scent for adults. Most Cherry perfumes out there are incredibly youthful and playful. We really wanted this to be elevated with a booziness to it that keeps it "adult" in nature. The Cognac add a bit of spice and smokiness, with ambery woody undertones.
The addition of Thai Oud (Prachin) really adds an unmatched depth to the formula. The Thai Oud utilized is not a "funky/animalic" type of Oud, but instead a super sexy, deep resinous woody note with the slightest bit of smokiness that ties it all together.
Sweet meets Smoky meets Eroticism. The result is a powerful unisex scent that’s equal parts seductive and confident.
Cherry Noire began with Chris Martin’s vision of a dark cherry oud fragrance that felt deeply seductive and alluring. From the outset, the goal was clear: it had to be bold, intimate, and unforgettable. My role was to interpret that vision through scent and bring it to life in a way that felt authentic to us both.
We carefully refined the balance between the luscious sweetness of ripe cherry and the smoky depth of oud, ensuring neither dominated but instead enhanced the other. Each adjustment was intentional, shaping a fragrance built on contrast... soft yet powerful, sweet yet dark.
What emerged from our collaboration is more than a blend of notes. Cherry Noire is a shared creative expression, designed to embody confidence, mystery, and the magnetic energy of after-dark elegance.
